A Rock and a Hard Place: a ten minute art film written, produced, and directed by Anthony Faust. The cell block scenes are filmed at the former D.C. Department of Corrections Workhouse cell block, today Lorton's Workhouse Art Center.

The story is about an old guy who has a rock in his backyard. He writes a letter to his son, saying that he wishes his son, who is in a maximum security prison was there to help him remove the rock. So, the old guy's son, trying to help his father, comes up with a clever, sinister scheme and by writing a letter back to his father, sets in motion a series of events to help his father get rid of the rock.
